SOMETIMES ALL YOU NEED IS SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES IN YOU.
Fitness has always been a part of my life. I’ve been involved in the industry since I was 13, partly because I have dealt with weight issues myself. So, I know how it feels, firsthand, to be told you should lose weight. Driven by the motivation to change that for others, I attended Colorado State University and received a degree in health and exercise science. Since starting my career as a personal trainer in 2002, I have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a CPT, PES, GFI, and CES, as well as certifications in TRX levels 1 & 2 and FMS levels 1 & 2. In 2020, after an almost two-decade-long career working for various gyms, I decided it was time to follow my dream of opening LivingStrong. -Lara
I believe that movement is medicine. After recovering from a disease that left me temporarily disabled in high school, I was told that in order to stay healthy, I had to continue exercising. I found movement to be an incredible outlet for my overall health I saw every area of my life improve. I am passionate about supporting others in their overall fitness journey. I believe that movement is crucial for wellbeing, prosperity and longevity. It took losing my ability to move properly for me to fully comprehend the significance and benefits that movement has to offer. This perspective shift was the catalyst for pursuing my degree in exercise science from Grand Valley State University and choosing a career as a personal trainer. My goal is to help you understand how to move your body safely and effectively, realize the strength you already possess, and reach your goals”. -Riley
Fitness became an important part of my life when I realized just how unhealthy I was. Eating Fast food almost daily and not participating in physical activity was taking a toll on my young body and life. In 2016, I started to take control of my health and fitness, working out 3/week outside, utilizing an app on my phone, while also tracking my nutrition. After losing 20 lbs, I realized that I needed to advance my abilities by lifting weights and tracking my nutrition more closely. Lifting, walking, running, and dialed-in nutrition became a serious part of my lifestyle in 2020, and I have never looked back. In the process of changing my career and studying for the NASM-CPT, I started working at LivingStrong. With multiple certifications including: NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC, and NASM WeightLoss Specialization, along with my personal experiences, I am excited to motivate others looking to improve their own health, fitness and wellness.-Andy

OUR MISSION.
As your coaches, we are committed to you and your goals. After establishing your fitness goals with you, we will completely customize a regimen tailored to obtaining the body, mind, and life you dream of. And, we don’t stop there. Your physical goals are only a part of the interconnected system of your body and mind. We’ll also work on your mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial goals, because like the old saying ‘money can’t buy happiness’, well, the same is true for your health. Attaining the body you want is nice, but it’s not going to solve all of your problems. Making small changes to your routine, mindset, and relationships will.
WE BELIEVE
small changes over time lead to a big overall change.
you possess everything you need to reach your goals, you might just need someone to give you the push you need to reach them.
you are the expert in your own body, our expertise comes in helping shape it.
deciding to live a healthy lifestyle covers more than just physical fitness, it covers every aspect of your life.
it’s our purpose to walk alongside you in your journey, not pull you through it.
